Our veterans have taken care of our country…now, it’s time we take care of them. The Brook Retirement Communities offer two programs to improve the lives of veterans or their surviving spouse and provide resources for affordable living.
If you are a veteran or a surviving spouse, financial resources may be available for residency at the Brook Retirement Communities. The Veteran’s Administration can provide up to $1,700 per month for veterans and $976 for surviving spouses. We can provide the information you need to apply for your benefits!
DOING the VA Math
The program, through the Veteran's Administration, requires three criteria:
The veteran was in the service during war time
The veteran requires a minimum of one service per day from our personal care staff
The veteran has a financial need which, if met, would enable him/her to live at the Brook Retirement Communities and receive the service they require

The VA benefit does have qualifying factors, which may affect qualification for the benefit, and the amount rewarded.
